As a Community Support Worker, you will be the
heart of our service, delivering person-centred
care that empowers our clients to live safely and
comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily living activities,
including personal care and mobility support.

Supporting clients with meal preparation, light
household tasks, and medication administration.

Providing companionship and emotional support to
prevent isolation and loneliness.

Observing and reporting any changes in a
client's health or wellbeing.

Maintaining accurate care records in accordance
with Care Inspectorate standards.
Requirements:

A genuine passion for caring for older people
with empathy and respect.

Excellent communication skills and the ability
to build trusting relationships.

Reliability, patience, and a positive,
problem-solving attitude.

A valid driver's license and access to a
reliable vehicle (preferred, as travel across
Fife is required).

Previous care experience is beneficial, but full
training and support will be provided for the
right candidate.
