As a Community Support Worker, you will be the heart of our service, delivering person-centred care that empowers our clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
• Supporting clients with meal preparation, light household tasks, and medication administration.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to prevent isolation and loneliness.
• Observing and reporting any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records in accordance with Care Inspectorate standards.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for caring for older people with empathy and respect.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Reliability, patience, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred, as travel across Fife is required).
• Previous care experience is beneficial, but full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
